Originally from Albania, Tom the owner took ownership of The Ferry in October 2008. Since then he's single-handedly been turning the business around and Thames Ditton has witnessed its rise and rise ever since. Tom graduated with merit in a diploma in food from the prestigious Letih's School of Food & Wine, graduating 2nd in his class. Tom's dream of running his own successful restaurant has become a reality as he continues to build on his enviable reputation. By visiting fresh food markets weekly, seeking out new and exciting ingredients and tending to his ever increasing number of loyal customers, Tom hopes that the Ferrys past year of success continues into the future.
